What’s on the Pickle Menu
Jimmy John’s says its new pickle lineup will “satisfy every brine-y craving” with six new items that celebrate the cult-favorite ingredient. The menu includes the Picklewich, Pickle Ranch, Pickle Jimmy Chips, and a new value combo called the Triple Pickle Meal.
The Picklewich, which went viral in 2023 for its unconventional construction, is back in six varieties: Vito, Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Tuna, and Veggie. Each one replaces sandwich bread with two massive halves of a kosher dill pickle, turning a classic Jimmy John’s sub into a low-carb, ultra-crunchy meal.
The Pickle Ranch is a new dipping sauce created to add pickle flavor to “anything that needs a little extra pickle kick,” according to the company. It’s designed to pair perfectly with any of the new menu items — or with a side of the Pickle Jimmy Chips, the brand’s signature kettle chips flavored with tangy dill seasoning.
For the ultimate pickle enthusiast, Jimmy John’s is offering the Triple Pickle Meal, which bundles a Picklewich, Pickle Jimmy Chips, and Pickle Ranch in one combo deal.
What Exactly Is a Picklewich?
While most sandwiches use bread as the base, Jimmy John’s Picklewich replaces it entirely with pickles. The chain describes it as a sandwich that “combines all the signature fresh flavors of a classic Jimmy John’s sandwich,” but with a juicy, crunchy twist.

Where and When to Get It
Jimmy John’s pickle menu will be available starting October 27 at participating locations across the United States. Members of the Jimmy John’s Rewards program can access the new menu items early during Pickle Freak Weekend, from October 24 through 26.
Customers can order the new items in-store, online, or through the Jimmy John’s app. The company says supplies will be limited and available only while the promotion lasts.
