Sophia Kirkby is hoping to leave the Winter Olympics with a medal and a man.
The Team USA luger posted an Instagram Reel from inside the Olympic village announcing she's looking for love in Milan. And taking fans along for the ride.
"Athlete Village's Most Eligible Bachelorette Arrives Tomorrow," Kirkby wrote over a video of herself walking through a village dorm room. Set to "So Easy (To Fall in Love)" by Olivia Dean, the Grammys' 2026 Best New Artist.
Kirkby, who'll be in Italy over Valentine's Day for the Games, wrote in the caption, "I've been so excited to enter the Olympic village. I'm happy to announce I'll be showing you the inside life of an Olympian dating at the Olympics. Stay tuned."
She's Single and Open to Fans
In an Instagram collab with the official Olympics account, Kirkby elaborated. She's single. Figured it'd be "interesting for people to see the dating life of an Olympian during the Games."
And being an athlete isn't required for potential suitors. "If I can't find Olympians, I'm very open to go on dates with fans," she added.
So, if you're in Milan and want to shoot your shot with an Olympic luger, apparently that's an option.
On Friday, Kirkby used an Instagram poll to ask fans if they'd like an update about what's been going down in her DMs.
She hasn't shared any updates yet. But she promises to keep fans posted on her Olympic love story throughout the Games, which conclude February 22.
Reminds People of Ilona Maher
Kirkby's Bachelorette-style video is reminiscent of rugby star Ilona Maher, who won fans over after leading Team USA to their first-ever medal in the sport while also sharing hilarious videos during the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Maher joked that her goal was to "couple up early on" in the Olympic Village, a nod to Love Island. She later posted another video of herself in a Team USA uniform and bikini, writing that a "hot new bombshell has entered the Village."
