Holiday shopping is picking up, and our favorite grocery store has officially rolled out its Trader Joe’s holiday items 2025 collection.

Most of us wait all year for the moment their shelves flip from pumpkins to peppermint, and the early lineup is already giving us plenty to explore.

Stores across the country have started stocking snacks, baking mixes, sweets, drinks, beauty bundles, and even Advent calendars for kids and pets, alike.

A Mix of Returning Favorites and New Finds

There’s a familiar rotation every year, but the Trader Joe’s winter seasonal lineup always includes a few newcomers.

Early reports from shoppers and grocery trackers confirm that Advent calendars, holiday cookies, seasonal baking mixes, and themed chocolates are already out at most locations.

We’ll also see an annual assortment of animal Advent calendars, which continue to be some of the store’s most popular holiday picks.

The cat and dog versions usually sell out, so try to grab them early if you’re interested.

Seasonal Cookies and Sweets Hit Shelves First

Some of the best early arrivals are boxed cookies. The Cranberry Butter Cookies are already back, along with the classic Cookie Mug Hangers that hook onto the edge of our favorite warm drinks.

Some folks are also finding Pumpkin Cranberry Crisps, Cranberry Raisin Toasts, and chocolate items like Candy Cane Joe-Joe's and holiday marshmallows on the shelves already.

Several stores have reported early shipments of the Harvest Chocolate Collection, which mixes seasonal fillings in one gift-ready box.

These items make up a big portion of Trader Joe’s seasonal gift ideas in 2025, especially if you’re putting together hostess gifts or small holiday bundles.

Baking Mixes and Pantry Staples for Holiday Prep

The transition from fall to winter is still underway, so many stores are continuing to stock fan favorites like Pumpkin Pancake Mix, Gingerbread Cake & Cookie Mix, Fall Harvest Salsa, and stuffing-flavored chips and popcorn.

These bridge the gap between November gatherings and the start of the Christmas season.

If you’re looking for Trader Joe’s Christmas snacks, you can probably snag some Maple and Sea Salt Kettle Corn, seasonal crisps for cheese boards, and plenty of cranberry-focused items this weekend.

Chocolate, Candy, and Festive Shapes for the Kids

As December gets closer, whimsical chocolates will begin to appear. Cocoa Polar Bears, Break-Apart Reindeer, and seasonal marshmallows have already returned.

These are usually the first things we toss into our carts because they make easy stocking stuffers. Multiple stores have also confirmed that the Dark Chocolate Covered Peppermint Joe-Joe’s are already back.

Typically, these sell out quickly, but they’re a reliable signal that the holiday season is officially upon us.

Seasonal Drinks and Holiday Mixers

This year, several Trader Joe’s locations will be stocking early batches of Sparkling Cranberry Ginger Brew, Cold Brew Gingerbread Oat Latte, and Triple Ginger Brew

We can use them as holiday mixers or festive nonalcoholic options throughout the season. Some regions have also reported that the Hardywood holiday beer gift pack will be returning for 2025.

Holiday Beauty and Body Care Returns

In addition to snacks, the Trader Joe’s limited holiday products lineup includes seasonal beauty kits.

The 12 Days of Beauty set, pumpkin body butter, body scrub, and holiday balms are already popping up.

These items tend to arrive in waves, so availability will vary by store, but they’re some of the most giftable products Trader Joe’s releases all season.

Enjoying the Start of the Season

Seasonal shelves change fast at Trader Joe’s, and this first wave is only the beginning. More chocolates, bakery favorites, and limited treats will roll in over the next few weeks.

Just keep in mind that availability varies by region, and some stores get items earlier than others.

Still, whether you’re prepping for Christmas dinner, assembling a gift basket, or just picking up something small for a quiet evening at home, Trader Joe’s has already opened the door to the holiday season.

And, to that, we say, “Let the festivities commence!”
