TikTok Star's Sister Haley Beck Fired Over Student Grooming Allegations
Haley Beck, 27, the sister of TikTok star Noah Beck, was fired from her teaching position at a Phoenix-area high school after internal investigators determined she groomed a student and developed a sexual relationship with him. Now police are looking into a second alleged inappropriate relationship with another student entirely.
The case, which first surfaced publicly in April 2026, involves a series of allegations spanning more than a year and includes explicit text messages, cash payments, grade manipulation, and what the school district's own Title IX investigator described as conduct that was "severe, pervasive and objectively offensive."
Haley Beck's Background
Haley Beck was a full-time psychology and sociology teacher at Centennial High School in Peoria, Arizona, part of the Peoria Unified School District. She was hired by the district in 2020 after graduating from Northern Arizona University with a degree in secondary education.
Outside of teaching, she maintained an Instagram account with more than 20,000 followers, though her page has since been set to private. Her brother, Noah Beck, has millions of followers on TikTok and is one of the platform's more recognizable names — a connection that has amplified attention on the case considerably.
How the First Relationship Allegedly Unfolded
According to a statement of charges obtained by E! News, the alleged inappropriate relationship between Haley and a male student began developing before he turned 18. The school district says it started as a "quid pro quo" arrangement that slowly escalated over several months.
Red flags emerged as early as December 2024, when Haley allegedly let the student borrow her car keys to retrieve Christmas presents she had bought him from her vehicle. By spring 2025, she was allegedly providing him with food and special treatment in class — bumping his grades and completing his homework assignments on his behalf. She added him on Snapchat under the username "Sneaky Link."
Over the summer of 2025, the two allegedly exchanged more than 4,000 text messages. The content of those messages — as described in the official charges document — included discussions of oral sex, plans to meet up for sex, references to drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana, and messages in which the student allegedly discussed filming Haley performing a sex act and sharing the footage with other students.
Haley allegedly referred to herself as a "Sugar Momma" and to the student as her "Sugar Baby." She sent him a total of $630 via Apple Pay across their alleged relationship. One payment note allegedly read: "This money exchange just felt like straight prostitution." She also stands accused of retaliating against the student's girlfriend, allegedly telling the girl she "wouldn't date him" if she were her.
School District's Investigation and Termination
The Peoria Unified School District conducted a formal internal investigation after the allegations came to light. The Title IX Decision Maker's conclusion was pointed.
"Since grooming did occur, any sexual conduct after the date of consent is unwelcome," the report stated. "Within the teacher-student relationship, the behavior is also severe, pervasive and objectively offensive. In the text messages there were sexually-charged conversations and admission of sexual behaviors between students and teachers are 'severe' and 'objectively offensive.'"
The superintendent recommended dismissal, and the school's governing board formally adopted a statement of charges against Haley on March 26, 2026. The case is currently pending before the State Board of Education, meaning her teaching license remains in play. The district said in a statement that it takes "all allegations of harm involving students very seriously" and encourages students, families, and staff to speak up about concerns.
The Criminal Investigation
The Peoria Police Department ran a parallel investigation to the school's internal review. Initial concerns "did not meet the legal threshold required to establish reasonable suspicion of abuse," a department spokesperson told E! News, but once the allegations escalated to the required threshold, a full investigation was launched.
Police have since forwarded their findings to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office to "determine if criminal charges are supported." As of April 29, 2026, a spokesperson for the Attorney's Office confirmed the case was "still under review" after police resubmitted a recommendation of a single charge — pandering — against Haley. The case has not yet reached a charging decision.
A Second Student Investigation Opens
On May 1, 2026, just as the first criminal case continued working through the system, the Peoria Police Department confirmed it is "looking into" a new accusation involving an alleged inappropriate relationship between Haley and a second, different student.
The allegation was brought forward by a tipster who told police she was "basing it all off a TikTok." Police characterized the new inquiry as "simply allegations" and said they have not confirmed any wrongdoing. Officers planned to meet with the tipster the following week to gather more information. At this stage, no formal investigation has been opened regarding the second student.
Noah Beck's Mother Also Placed on Leave
The controversy extended to another member of the Beck family. Amy Beck — Noah and Haley's mother — was placed on administrative leave from her position at Coyote Hills Elementary School in Peoria, Arizona. She was put on leave after a social media video resurfaced that appeared to show her simulating oral sex with her son.
The Peoria Unified School District confirmed that a letter was sent to parents of students in her class, explaining the leave was taken "out of an abundance of caution" while an internal review was conducted. The district noted the matter "does not impact the safety of our students." Amy was subsequently reported to be returning to her teaching role.
Denials, Defense, and Family Silence
Haley's attorney, Matthew Long, has maintained throughout that Haley Beck committed no crimes. "Ms. Beck respects the criminal justice process and looks forward to the conclusion of the investigation, which will reveal she committed no crimes," he told 12News. "Like any individual subject to investigation, Ms. Beck is entitled to due process. We are confident that a complete review of the facts will confirm her innocence."
Neither Noah Beck nor any other family member has publicly addressed the investigations or allegations. Haley's Instagram remains private and she has issued no public statement of her own. Noah's team has not responded to press inquiries.
The Maricopa County criminal case and the secondary police inquiry are both still ongoing, meaning the full picture is still emerging. What is already documented — the text messages, the financial transactions, the school's formal findings — makes this one of the more extensively detailed teacher misconduct cases to attract national coverage this year.
