TikTok Star Bryce Hall Charged With Felony Domestic Violence in Las Vegas
TikTok star Bryce Hall has been charged with felony domestic violence in Las Vegas in a case involving his ex-girlfriend, social media personality Mika Lafuente. His representative says the allegations are false.
Hall, 27, faces one felony count of coercion constituting domestic violence with the threat or use of physical force and one misdemeanor count of domestic battery, according to court records obtained by USA Today and reported by AOL. He has not been convicted of either charge.
What the Court Records Show
Court records identify the alleged victim as Maria Palafox, who goes by Mika Lafuente online. The alleged incident took place on July 27, and a criminal complaint was filed on August 28.
A judge issued a warrant for Hall's arrest on September 10. He was booked and released without posting bail, on the condition that he have no contact with the alleged victim. That no-contact order runs through January 12, 2027.
Hall was due in court for his arraignment on Tuesday, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 1. It was not immediately clear what happened at Tuesday's hearing.
A source told TMZ that Lafuente claims she documented injuries she says Hall caused, according to Hoodline. That documentation has not been made public, and the claim has not been independently verified. Lafuente has not publicly commented on the case, and USA Today said it had reached out to representatives for both Hall and Palafox.
Hall Denies the Allegations
Hall's representative pushed back strongly in a statement to TMZ. "These allegations are false, and we look forward to the facts coming out in court," the representative said.
The representative added that Hall plans to take legal action against "those responsible for spreading false and defamatory claims."
A Breakup Two Days Earlier
Hall and Lafuente dated for more than two years. On July 25, just two days before the alleged incident, Hall announced their split in an Instagram video.
"Me and Mika broke up," he said in the video. He added, "She just moved out of my house," and said it was "kind of scary at night" being in the house alone. He said the breakup "wasn't pretty" but did not go into detail, and he wished her well.
The timing of the breakup does not prove either side's account, and both charges remain allegations as the case moves through court.
Hall's Past Run-Ins
Hall rose to fame on TikTok as part of the Sway House group of creators. He later took his social media fame into the boxing ring, fighting YouTuber Austin McBroom in 2021, and has also competed in bare-knuckle fighting. He previously dated Addison Rae.
This is not Hall's first brush with police in Las Vegas. In January 2023, he was arrested outside XS nightclub at the Wynn after he allegedly punched a security guard in the head, according to KTNV. He had been removed from the club during a Calvin Harris performance and was cited for two counts of battery and one count of trespassing. In 2022, he was also involved in a confrontation with fellow creator Josh Richards at a Los Angeles nightclub, though Hall later said he was not criminally charged.
The new case comes as Nevada continues to grapple with domestic violence. The state recorded 45 domestic violence-related homicides in 2025, according to 8 News Now, with 40 of them in Clark County, which includes Las Vegas. "This number is still excessively high," said Liz Ortenburger, CEO of the domestic violence nonprofit SafeNest.
