The federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs has entered its third week, with former assistant Capricorn Clark delivering a harrowing testimony that sheds light on the alleged abusive environment within Combs' inner circle.

Clark Alleges Kidnapping and Threats Over Jewelry Disappearance

Clark served as Combs' assistant and later as director of marketing from 2004 to 2012. In a disturbing testimony, Clark recounted an incident in which she was allegedly kidnapped and subjected to five days of lie detector tests after Combs' diamond jewelry went missing.

She testified that Combs' head of security, Paul "Uncle Paulie" Offord, warned her that failing the test would result in being thrown into the East River. Clark described being taken to an abandoned skyscraper and intimidated by Combs' bodyguard and another man.

Testimony Details Threats Related to Suge Knight Association

Clark also proclaimed that on her first day of work, Combs purportedly took her to Central Park at night and threatened her life upon learning of her past employment with Suge Knight, his longtime rival.

Involvement in Alleged Break-In at Kid Cudi's Home

Clark's name surfaced during rapper Kid Cudi's testimony, where he claimed that in December 2011, Clark called him sounding "very scared" to warn that Combs and an associate were at his Los Angeles home after discovering Cudi was dating Combs' ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Clark allegedly said she was forced by Combs and his associate to accompany them during the break-in.

Additional Support for Ventura's Testimony

Clark's testimony corroborates earlier statements made by Cassie Ventura, who described years of alleged physical and emotional abuse, coercion, and forced participation in drug-fueled sexual encounters orchestrated by Combs. Ventura testified that Combs used footage from these events to blackmail her.

More Witnesses Take the Stand

As the trial progresses, more than 15 witnesses have testified, including singer Dawn Richard, Combs' former assistants, Cassie Ventura's mother and best friend, an exotic dancer, hotel staff, and Homeland Security personnel. The prosecution continues to build a case portraying Combs as the leader of a criminal enterprise. Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges, asserting that all relationships were consensual.

The trial is expected to continue for approximately six more weeks, with a conviction potentially resulting in a life sentence for Combs.
